Hello, I’m Guj, a seasoned Sports Therapist with over two decades of dedicated experience in the field. My journey in the world of sports therapy has been diverse, spanning from teaching Physical Education to establishing and running my own successful therapy business.

Guj was extremely knowledgable and made a huge improvement within a short amount of time to the discomfort I was feeling, I was able to learn from him. He showed me how to strengthen the muscles and how to stretch properly going forward to prevent injuries reoccurring. Visited Guj today, very friendly an polite also very knowledgeable and thorough about discussing my back pain, spent a good amount of time massaging my back and explaining as he went along, also showed me simple exercises that will help mange my pain. Very simple to book. Overall highly recommended. Once again thank you.

Contacted Guj about some back pain I was suffering from, and he managed to see me the same afternoon.

The guy has done wonders with my back, diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving and within an hour had restored pretty much full mobility for me. Still work to do over the coming weeks to cure the issue in full, but the work he did in our first session was exceptional

Guj is professional and very knowledgeable. He explains all his treatment methods and aftercare comprehensively. His massage today has massively helped the pain I was experiencing in my bum and leg, he has provided me with the tools and information to manage this personally going forward. I would highly recommend.
